📌The “Lifelong learning trainer” program at level ΣΕP/CyQF/EQF 5, lasting 84 hours, aims to develop the skills of trainers so that they can be certified according to the Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) standard. With their certification, trainers will be able to provide education, vocational training and lifelong learning in their areas of specialization. In addition, they will have the opportunity to participate as trainers in subsidized or co-financed HRDA training activities.
🎯Program objectives:
✔️ Knowledge: Understanding basic principles of adult education theories, the role of trainers, methods of diagnosing training needs and data collection techniques.
✔️Skills: Questionnaire design, data analysis, formulation of training goals and objectives, selection and development of training methods and techniques, time and communication management.
✔️Attitudes: Appreciation of the instructor’s work, willingness to adopt new teaching techniques, encouragement of colleagues for training, and acceptance of feedback for improvement.
📖 Program structure:
The program includes theoretical presentations, practical training, individual and group exercises, role-playing, guidance in the preparation of special assignments, and practical microteaching.

🎓Certification:
Upon completion of the program and success in the final exams, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance, which is a prerequisite for participation in the evaluation and certification process according to the HRDA’s Vocational Training Trainer standard, PCT/CyQF/EQF 5.
🔹 Cost and grant:
The total cost of the program is €2,100. The HRDA provides a grant of €1,680, resulting in a net cost of participation of €420.
Steps to Register for the Program through the ANAD HERMIS Online Platform:
1. Go to the website https://ermis.anad.org.cy and proceed with Login with your company’s (employer’s) username & password.
2. Select from the home page: Participation in training programs.
3. Select the option: Lifelong learning.
4. Select the option: Multi-Business Training Programs – Standard
5. Search for the program (#742566) and select Actions (to easily search for the program, press Ctrl + F and write the program number)
6. Select the option at the top left: Application for participation.
7. Select the option: Employer application for participation and authorization for payment of a grant.
8. Click the button: Add participant, select the person who will participate and indicate their job title.
9. Click: Add and close and at the top click the Submit button.
